Main Control Valve is the valve block that directs hydraulic oil to different cylinders and motors when we move controls. We push levers or joysticks, and internal spools inside this valve open to send oil where it’s needed. It’s like the traffic cop for fluid in the system, deciding left, right, or straight. We mount it near the pump and use steel hoses to hook it up. If it leaks or sticks, cylinders move slow or erratic. We clean, adjust or replace it to keep things smooth.
